I’m Ellie Paskell, the creator of this event.
Sister, partner, coach, healer, bright yellow car driver, ocean swimmer…
I have 27 years professional experience in the healing and expressive arts
and
I'm heart-pumpingly passionate about supporting people to express their souls through their bodies.
I’ve completed tens of thousands of hours of training and initiation in somatics to become a:

I've studied with teachers, therapists, healers and the un-worded voice of my felt sense; learning about our beautiful bodies and what it truly takes for us to thrive, heal and feel hand softening joy.
I became passionately committed to healing the sisterhood in 2018 when my own ancestral trauma from the witch burning times started to rise. There I was, one Tuesday afternoon in the city centre of Manchester, suddenly terrified, looking around for the men with staffs who were coming for me. While I knew there weren't likely to actually be any men with staffs... that fear was the wake up call I needed to cradle me onto the next step of my healing path.
From that day on, I felt the fear of other women rising in me; red hot anger, throat gripping jealousy, hair tearing despair; not from this lifetime, not rooted in now but dismantling my reality... and so I joined a journey with Cali White and a band of 33 other wonderful women to create the healing art exhibition ‘I Am Witch’ in 2022. And ever since then, this year's event has been tapping me on the shoulder, telling me it’s ready to rise...
So now it's finally time for us to come together at the Healing the Sisterhood global gathering and I'm so excited.
It’s going to be epic.
