Hello beautiful, I'm so glad you're here.
I’m Ellie Paskell, the creator of this event.​
​Sister, partner, daughter, coach, cat lover, healer, dancer, tea drinker, yellow car driver, ocean swimmer…
I have 27 years professional experience in the healing and expressive arts
and
I'm heart-pumpingly passionate about supporting people to express their souls through their bodies,
so they come home to who they truly are.

I’ve completed tens of thousands of hours of training in somatics to become a;
